Hi, I’m Meg! I help individuals who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move toward healing. I believe that true growth and change happen within safe, attuned relationships, and I treat every client's story with tenderness, honor, and respect.

In our work together, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the patterns and coping strategies that have helped you survive, while gently creating room for new ways of relating to yourself and others. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel grounded, connected, and empowered.

I support the whole person, your emotions, body, and relationships, to help you develop self-compassion and move toward meaningful, lasting change. It is a privilege to walk alongside you on this journey.
