A Little About Me
I’m the Clinical Director and Founder of Piedmont Counseling Collective, and I’m here to help couples move from just surviving to truly thriving.
I work with couples who feel exhausted from walking on eggshells, stuck in the same arguments, or slowly growing apart. My goal is to create a space where both partners feel safe, seen, and supported, even in the messy moments.
I don’t take sides. I help you reconnect.
My presence in session is calm and grounded, direct but compassionate, honest but never harsh. Together, we’ll do the real work: gently, clearly, and with care. So you can rebuild trust, deepen emotional safety, and learn how to team up again.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy models with mindfulness and real-world practicality. I specialize in helping couples shift from conflict to connection; transforming painful cycles into something more hopeful, more sustainable, and more meaningful.
Before founding PCC, I worked across Virginia with families in crisis, provided in-home therapy, mentored new clinicians, and guided couples through everything from emotional shutdown to betrayal and repair. Each chapter of that journey deepened my belief in authentic, lasting healing and love, whatever that might look like.
Outside the therapy room: You’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen (and on the pickleball court). Spicy food is my love language, and I love discovering new food spots that feel like hidden gems.
Ready to ask more from life and love?
