A Little About Me

I’m the Clinical Director and Founder of Piedmont Counseling Collective, and I’m here to help couples move from just surviving to truly thriving.

I work with couples who are exhausted from walking on eggshells, stuck in the same arguments, or slowly growing apart. My goal is to create a space where both partners feel safe, seen, and supported, even in the messy moments.

I don’t take sides. I help you reconnect. I bring a calm, grounded presence to each session, direct but compassionate, honest but never harsh. We’ll do the real work, gently but clearly, so you can rebuild trust, deepen emotional safety, and learn how to team up again.

My approach blends different therapy models with mindfulness and a practical, human focus. I specialize in helping couples shift from conflict to connection, transforming painful cycles into something more hopeful, more sustainable, and more meaningful.

Before founding PCC, I worked across Virginia with families in crisis, did in-home therapy, mentored new therapists, and helped couples navigate everything from emotional shutdown to betrayal and repair. Each chapter of that work shaped my belief in authentic, lasting healing and love, whatever that might look like.

Outside the therapy room, I’m usually experimenting in the kitchen (pickleball kitchen too) -spicy food is my love language and I love discovering new food spots that feel like hidden gems.

Whether you’re a couple on the edge, a clinician looking for mentorship, or someone ready to ask more from life and love, I’m here when you’re ready.
