Sidney Hall

Resident in Counseling

As a holistic and integrative therapist, I support individuals in feeling more connected to themselves and to life. We are, first and foremost, relational beings—and the way we relate to ourselves forms the foundation for how we experience the world. Our identities, histories, and bodies all shape how we move through life and how we heal.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, identity exploration, and challenges related to nervous system dysregulation. Many of my clients are sensitive, intuitive individuals who seek a deeper sense of meaning, wholeness, and connection.

Together, we explore what it means to truly thrive—beyond just coping—and how to embody the fullness of who you are. My approach draws from mindfulness-based, somatic, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and person-centered practices. I also bring an integrative lens to address underlying biophysiological imbalances that may contribute to mental health challenges.

My therapy sessions guide individuals toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and mind-body integration. By cultivating mindfulness and presence, clients often experience a spontaneous emergence of:

  • Inner resilience & emotional clarity

  • Reduced stress & deeper body awareness

  • Healing from past trauma

  • Greater fulfillment & self-actualization

Before we part ways, I’d love to leave you with a quote that captures the heart of this work:
“Through small apertures we glimpse abysses whose sombre depths turn us faint. And yet over the whole there hovers an extraordinary tenderness.”

It is my honor to explore those abysses with my clients—and to gently uncover what helps us feel safe enough to receive that tenderness.
