Licensed Provider

  • Individual: $150 – $200
  • Couples: $150 – $220

Resident in Counseling

  • Individual: $100 – $200
  • Couples: $100 – $200
  • Case Consultation: $100 – $200

Student Counselor

  • Individual or Couples: $40 – $100
  • *Pre-licensed providers; private pay only.

Private Pay & Out-of-Network Clinicians

The following clinicians are out-of-network with insurance and provide services on a private pay basis only:

Rachel Weaver, LPC Andy Hawkes, LMFT Aryanna Colvin, Student Counselor Haley Eubanks, Student Counselor

Sliding Scale: Many of our providers offer sliding scale rates. Please reach out to your specific provider directly to discuss options.

Scholarships: Reduced rate funding via the Friends Foundation and Blatter-Cohen Scholarship. We are also an authorized CSA provider for Charlottesville.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA. Fees are due at the time of service.

Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will incur a $120 fee.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. Estimates for non-emergency services are available upon request.
