Hi, I’m Haley! I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is grounded in a deep belief in each person’s innate capacity for change and resilience.

I integrate Person-Centered Counseling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to create a space that feels collaborative, compassionate, and focused on real progress. Whether you're navigating a life transition, a relationship challenge, or emotional stress, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment.

As a practicum intern currently completing my graduate training, I am dedicated to providing clinical care while actively expanding my skills to better serve our diverse community.
