Couples counseling is an open-ended, in-depth process tailored to your unique relationship needs. It adapts over time with your therapist as a guide.

Couples workshops are structured and psychoeducational. They explore topics like communication, trust, and problem-solving in a focused, 5-session format designed for growth.

Workshops are ideal for couples wanting to build stronger tools and deepen connection in a guided, time-limited structure. Therapy may be a better fit if you’re facing significant challenges or want a more customized, slower pace.

No. This is a private and exclusive workshop experience just for you and your partner. You get the benefit of the curriculum with the privacy of a 1-on-1 session.

The Summer Season runs June through August, with two workshop cohorts during that window. Each workshop is 5 sessions of 50–60 minutes, scheduled with you on a rhythm that fits your summer (weekly or every other week).

Summer tends to fill faster than other seasons — long evenings, lower stress, and couples wanting to use the slower season to reset together. Book early to secure your preferred days and times.
